Add information about where and when your auction will be available to view. This information will then be published under the [Information] tab for the auction.
Note : You will need to have added the details of your venue under the [Configure], [Venues] menu before you can select it for viewing details. Please read > Your iRostrum Platform/Instance Configure/Venues for more details.
Next navigate to your auction.
Expand the [Viewings] tab & click [Add Viewing]
You will then be presented with the 'Create Viewing' screen.
The available fields are defined below, * indicates that they are mandatory

Select the auction you are adding viewing details for from the dropdown list. Be aware that you can only select an auction that does not yet have lots on preview |

This enables you to indicate that viewing will remain open until the auction has ended – primarily used for online only viewings. Deselect if you wish to set a fixed end time for viewing |

Click [Save] to create the viewing times, [Delete] to delete them or [Cancel] to abandon.
Each day of viewing is added individually to allow for different opening times on different days. It is only possible to add one location for viewings, multiple locations is not possible.
Once added the viewing details will be listed in the Viewings tab of an auction’s record page:
You can edit and delete the details as required.
They will be published online under the [Information] tab for the auction
