Click on [Manage user roles and status].

To elevate a client's role, click on the required role button to activate the required access level to the administration tools.  To remove the role simply deactivate the role button.

    - Administrator to get access to the iRostrum instance administration tools

    - Auctioneer to enable a user to broadcast live auctions
