For the required user, selecting [Edit] on the client record will open the information captured on the initial registration page to allow you to edit or update any of the client details.

The selected client’s Client Number and Client Name is highlighted at the top of the page.

 

Any required changes can be directly input into the relevant field.

Having reviewed the record and made any updates, the following actions will be available:

 

    - [Save] will commit any changes you’ve made to the system

    - [Delete] will delete the user’s account

    - [Cancel] will undo changes you have made and revert back to the previous screen

 

Note : Only clients that have no associated data, ie no bid history can be deleted from the system. If there has been any client activity a warning will appear to say that the client cannot be deleted.

 

If the client can be deleted, an 'are you sure' confirmation will be displayed, clicking [Yes] will remove the user from the system.
