It is possible to add lots to an auction one by one and enter all the cataloguing details manually. You can either enter all the cataloguing details at the point of entering the lot onto the system, or you can enter the key details and add further information at a later date.
Select [Add Lot] from the 'Lot Management' page
You will be presented with the following screen:
Any fields marked * indicates that they are mandatory so cannot be left blank.

Important things to note:
Select [Save] to add the lot to the Auction where it will then appear in the associated auction lots table.
