Select the [Import Lots] function.

Select [Choose file] and then browse to the .csv file you created.  Click [Upload] to then import the lots into the auction.

The system will scan the data in the .csv file to validate it complies with the upload template. Any errors will be flagged with an error message indicating what the problems are. These will need to be fixed for a successful upload.

If on reviewing the CSV file data you continue to experience difficulties please contact support@irostrum.com for further assistance.

Having selected the CSV file, when the data scan verifies all validation checks are passed the Status will show as 'Ready to Import' and the Submit button will activate.

On clicking [Submit] the data upload will commence and Progress will show when it is complete.

You can then use the breadcrumb [Sample Timed Auction 28 - 29 July 2022] to navigate back to the 'Auction Details' screen.

Then expand [Lots] to see the imported lots.
