Adding an Extra Charge to an Invoice

Once invoices have been generated it is possible to add further extra charges, for example for postage or shipping.

On clicking Edit for an individual invoice, an Extra Charges box appears at the bottom of the page. Click on the cross and enter the details of the extra charges to be added, including the amount, line description for the fee and select if VAT is applicable then click [Save].

 

On saving this extra charge will appear at the bottom of the invoice table and the totals below will be re-calculated.

 

It is possible to add multiple extra charges to an invoice.
