Invoices can be output into either a word or PDF format. If Document Templates have been set up in Instance Configure then PDFs will appear on headed paper. See >Your iRostrum Platform/Instance Configure/Document Templates for more details.
Invoices can be downloaded in .doc or .pdf format. Selecting [Output All] from the Invoices page will output all invoices in the run into a single word document. Selecting [Output (PDF)] will output all selected invoices into a single PDF document.
You can also download individual invoices either in .doc [Output] or .pdf [Output (PDF)] by clicking into the required invoice.
