If you have Online Payments activated for your instance your successful bidders will be able to pay invoices via the configured payment gateway, using the [Pay Now] feature accessed via [My Profile], [Invoices].
If you do not have Online Payment activated for your instance, or in the event of payments being processed outside of the system, you can management payment statuses manually.
