For any lots that are unsold during the timed auction period, you can process an ‘Aftersale’ to register the lot as sold post auction. This can either be done via the lot list table in the same way as for Live auctions or you can follow the process below.
Go to the Lot detail page of the Lot that you are processing an aftersale for. If the lot has a status of Unsold you will be presented with the [Aftersale] function at the top of the page.
Enter the User Name or ID, the hammer price and the date the sale has been agreed and click [Sell] to complete the aftersale.
